I founded Fundraising Growth Framework to help charities build the systems, structure and strategy they need to grow sustainable income and stronger supporter relationships.

With experience leading fundraising and income development within the charity sector, I’ve seen first-hand how the right combination of systems, data and donor journeys can transform the way an organisation operates. When these foundations are in place, teams work more effectively, supporters are engaged in more meaningful ways, and fundraising becomes more consistent and sustainable.

My work focuses on bringing together CRM systems, supporter insight and fundraising strategy - ensuring that everything works as a connected whole rather than in silos. This includes implementing and optimising platforms such as Beacon CRM, designing donor and supporter journeys, and building the underlying structure needed for long-term growth.

I take a practical, hands-on approach, working closely with charities to create solutions that are realistic, tailored and built to last.
